- treasurer report: tell the person that represents the group that financially support the worker, how much money was given in the last 14 months, with one summarized amount for each month.
- gift receipting for each year: is sent to each donor
- letters for personnel, eg. working contracts, etc

- The template for such a letter should be defined in HTML.

Output options
- the letters can either be formatted for printing to paper, or can be send as an email
- either way, the communication should be stored with the history of communications with that partner

- this can either be done via an open SMTP server, or via a connection to the local mail client
