- should be encoded with UTF-8 (no ü etc)
- has to open with XML parser (closing img, br tags etc)
- special keywords that are replaced by the function that has all the data
- div class="letter" determines that this part is only used when the document is printed as a letter
- div class="email" applies when the document is sent as an email
